The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of strategy are varied. The unit takes care of the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Our responsibilities vary from strategy development, market screening and business development to ramp-up of global PowerCo entities.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Identifying, preparing and implementing new battery cooperations as well as strategic control of existing cooperations with international partners
  • Preparing and evaluating market and competition analyses, business models and business plans as well as benchmark, profitability and scenario analyses
  • Managing complex international projects and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Content design and negotiation of contracts in cooperation with the relevant departments in the Volkswagen Group
  • Implementing strategic action and result controlling as well as early addressing of cooperation opportunities and risks
  • Creating decision templates and communication with top decision-makers in the Volkswagen Group and of cooperation partners
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree or similar education

  • Several years of professional experience in an internationally oriented top strategy consultancy, auditing (Big4), investment bank or in a comparable group position

  • Very good knowledge in the management of complex interdisciplinary projects with international partners; Negotiation experience desirable

  • Extensive knowledge in the preparation and plausibility check of business models and business plans as well as benchmark and scenario analyses; In-depth knowledge of IFRS desirable

  • Excellent communication skills as well as business fluent German and English language skills
