The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Responsibility for the integration and interface coverage of the company-wide integrated management system of PowerCo SE
  • Ensuring interface coverage for the modelling of processes in Signavio
  • Guiding and supporting of the various departments in the integration of management system requirements such as sustainability, health & safety, energy management, PCMS, compliance and other governance requirements
  • Preparing and ensuring company-wide IM training and education concepts
  • Ensuring the company's certifiability in accordance with IATF 16949 and the applicable occupational safety and environmental guidelines
  • Conducting of internal audits, participation in external audits
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in the development and application of QM systems and their establishment in the company 
  • Solid knowledge of the normative basics of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as auditor)
  • Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell 
  • Leadership experience and ability to work in a team
  • Business fluent in English and willingness to travel
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 9001 / 14001/45001/ 50001/ IATF 16949
  • Experience from the automotive supplier sector
  • Experience in the area of product and company compliance
