The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
How you will CELLebrate
- Initiating, planning, executing, and concluding projects for digital transformation aimed at introducing new technologies and digital innovations
- Working closely with IT teams and business units to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achievable
- Applying best practices in project management
- Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams
- Continuously monitoring project progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure project objectives are met
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and support for the projects
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on IT, or a related field
- Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an environment characterized by rapid changes and digital innovation
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in applying agile and traditional project management methods
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge in data analysis and statistical methods
- Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
What else can you bring
- Certifications in project management such as IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are desirable
- Experience with digital transformations and the implementation of data analytics solutions
- A deep understanding of IT topics and modern technological solutions
- Several years of experience in cooperation and/or management of cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in the SAP environment is a plus
