The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Executing of battery cell programs/ projects
  • Operative coordinating of a cross functional team to successful project ramp-up from decision to start of production
  • Continuous improving of program and project governance and processes
  • Managing and ensuring delivery of project milestone along all KPIs  
  • Managing project critical topics (e.g. resolve target conflicts)
  • Ensuring business/ cost competitiveness
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, automotive engineering or similar education
  • Several years of experience within the battery, chemistry or automotive industry
  • Experience with moderation and facilitation of workshops 
  • Professional and proactive way of working and thinking
  • Knowledge of English and German
  • Technical/ technological background and business skills with battery cells, i.e. chemistry design, mechanical design, components, materials, manufacturing & supply chain
