The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.
How you will CELLebrate
- Managing and controlling of all program activities to ensure the achievement of goals with regard to project planning, change/risk management, costs, customer requirements and committee coordination
- Developing measures to ensure project and governance requirements
- Resolving conflicting goals between vehicle customer projects and cell product delivery projects across all brands
- Ensuring the preparation, documentation and follow-up of management decisions within the defined corporate governance and legal framework
- Defining, elaborating and supporting the implementating of project standards in the worldwide roll-out using project management methods
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university studies, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of automotive project / program management
- Basic understanding of battery technology and industry
- Fluent in English
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
