The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Maintaining, actualizing and optimizing the portfolio from nomination to End Of Service (EOS)
  • Controlling and stiring all (PowerCo internal or customer requested) changes off the portfolio
  • Aligning all changes in a multi-project view (optimization of products and processes in the series across all platforms, projects/cells and plants)
  • Managing and maintaining all mutual data and information, based on a close collaboration with Change Management and Sales Manager
  • Leading internal feasibility studies of new product or new requirements requests
  • Preparing and reporting the feasibility assessment result to management for decision-making
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed technical/university studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of automotive project / program / portfolio management 
  • Deep understanding of Li-Ion cell and battery design and process
  • Experience in Li-Ion enginnering
  • Fluent in English
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
