(Senior) Expert Partnerships & Business Development Battery Recycling (all genders)

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Developing and implementing recycling strategy and strategic closed-loop concepts for batteries
  • Setting up and managing strategy projects including organization, structure and goals
  • Coordinating cooperation with VW Group on end-of-life battery recycling - Analysing the battery recycling market environment, benchmarking competition and deriving strategic recommendations for action 
  • Identifying, building and coordinating strategic partnerships in battery recycling
  • Creating internal and external (decision) templates for management
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Business Informatics/Business Law
  • Relevant professional experience in an international strategy consultancy, auditing firm (Big4) or a comparable corporate position
  • Experience in the development of strategic initiatives and their implementation - Extensive knowledge in the coordination of complex projects and in strategic project management 
  • Experience with cross-functional and intercultural cooperation as well as negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Relevant professional experience in the (battery) recycling environment or battery industry
  • Strong resilience, goal orientation in a volatile working environment
  • Interest in face-to-face work in Braunschweig/Salzgitter
  • Fluent in English and German
 
What to look forward to
