Unsere Mission ist gestartet. Wir beginnen im Battery Valley in Salzgitter mit unserer eigenen Batteriezellproduktion und dem Ramp-up unseres weltweiten Headquarters für die weltweiten Zellfertigungen. Als Herz des Unternehmens übernimmt der Bereich Operations die Gesamtverantwortung für den Produktionsprozess. Der Bereich übernimmt alle produktionsbezogenen Aktivitäten innerhalb der Batteriezellproduktion. Unsere Aufgaben umfassen Planung, Bau und Einführung der kommenden Batteriezellenfabriken. Darüber hinaus sind auch die Planung und Umsetzung von Funktionen wie Logistik, Qualität, Produktion und Werksmanagement Schlüsselelemente im Bereich Operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Planning, controlling and implementing projects in the field of machine safety
- Creating technical specifications and internal guidelines for standardization regarding machine safety
- Testing of machines and systems in the production plants as well as technical advice to the project teams on site for new and existing plants.
- Analyzing and evaluating risk assessments, HAZOP, CE certifications, documentation, etc.
- Ensuring the correct safety-related remediation of any deviations identified
- Creating technical solution concepts for target, deadline and cost optimization
- Ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements in the field of machine and plant planning
What you need for our CELLebration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the testing or design / manufacture of machines and systems in the field of battery cell production
- Confident handling of subject-specific norms and standards and in-depth knowledge in the field of machine safety (CE regulations)
- Experience in consulting, planning and managing projects
- Willingness to take on business trips
- Reliable and independent way of working as well as a high level of technical understanding and positive appearance
What else can you bring
- Experience in the field of battery production
- Experience with PLC controllers (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron)
- Safe handling of SISTEMA
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. EN ISO 13849, DIN EN 60204-1)
