The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Optimizing production processes, taking into account organization, technic, safety and cost
  • Implementation of value stream mapping
  • Further development of digital Industrial Engineering methods
  • Analyzing simulation results in order to increase the efficiency of equipment
  • Consulting on production development and sustainable improvement of operating results
  • Execution of bottleneck analysis, line balancing and plausibility checks
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, economics or similar education
  • Experience in the field of production and Industrial Engineering
  • Ability to analyze production technologies and processes by the help of digital tools such as Siemens Teamcenter and Plant Simulation
  • Skills in value stream mapping
  • Strong communication and conflict solving skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally required
 

What else can you bring

  • Ability in dealing with Siemens Plant Simulation
  • Knowledge in value stream mapping
  • Experience in working with Siemens Teamcenter
  • Skills in working with ERP-Systems and/or MES
