How you will CELLebrate
- Ensuring an optimized online candidate journey
- Setting up & revising the career page incl. content design & coordination with involved stakeholders (HR-IT, legal, agencies, etc.)
- Conducting analyses and reports for the PowerCo career page in alignment with our applicant management system SuccessFactors
- Conducting analyses and reporting of common KPIs such as reach, interaction, cost/click and cost/application in the context of target group campaigns and the corresponding control
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in business administration, communication sciences or similar education
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Profound knowledge in the core areas of digital marketing, such as SEA, SEO, Display, Social Media, Social Recruiting, etc.
- Knowledge of administration interfaces such as Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc.
- Experienced handling of keyword and competition research and profound knowledge of common content management systems and experience in the use of these
- Experience in the conception and implementation of websites as well as experience in working with various stakeholders, e.g. external agencies
- Business fluent German and English language skills for our international team
