The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations in the areas of air pollution control, water protection, waste management, SEVESO requirements, and nature conservation in the planning, construction, and operation of battery cell factories
  • Developing concepts for technical environmental protection for planning and operation
  • Actively influencing the development and implementation of environmentally friendly procedures in factory planning and operation for battery cell production
  • Analyzing and evaluating equipment, building technology, and buildings with a focus on environmental and safety aspects
  • Supporting and advising technical and managerial staff in factory planning and operation.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and implementing new environmental regulations and programs to comply with laws and permits
  • Preparing and compiling environmental and permit reports, as well as conducting inspections and audits
  • Conducting on-site checks, root cause analyses, and providing advice on environmentally relevant incidents

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed specialized studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, technical environmental protection, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in environmental protection, air and water pollution control, waste management, or similar fields
  • Excellent knowledge of European and national environmental, water, and air pollution control laws, as well as experience with regulatory authorities
  • Relevant qualifications and further training in the field of environmental and water protection
  • Negotiation proficiency in German and English
