The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Developing and deploying MES Interface software for real-time monitoring and optimization of production processes
  • Designing state-of-the-art communication methods based on Industry 4.0 principles for process control and monitoring in battery production
  • Performing and supporting virtual commissioning to test equipment before real commissioning onsite
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and optimization opportunities
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, a related field or comparable qualification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software, specifically in platforms like TIA Portal and TwinCat3
  • Familiar with communication standards like REST API, MQTT and OPC UA (including companion specifications)
  • Proficient in virtual commissioning, including the development of detailed technical requirements and commissioning plans, with a strong command of simulation programs and expertise in model creation
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
