The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Further development and implementation of the sales strategy, including identification of key customer groups and sales channels
  • Volume and price planning for relevant target markets and customer segments, including PowerCo internal coordination 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers (CRM)
  • Initiation, negotiation and implementation of strategic distribution agreements and sales agreements with customers in line with volume and price targets
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and after-sales satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to the PowerCo organization and explore further sales prospects with customers
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training
  • (several years) of sales experience in the field of energy storage systems, including proven negotiation skills for new sales agreements
  • High customer and results orientation
  • Self-starter and high degree of initiative
  • Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
