The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Coordinating technical discussions with customers
  • Active participating in the customer's interdisciplinary project and development teams 
  • Technical supporting for a customer and their production sites as a PowerCo cell expert
  • Analysing and discussing customer requirements
  • Analysing of customer needs for new products or changes
  • Responsible for working methods and establishment of self-organization
  • Preparating, moderating and documenting of team events in an IT-system
  • Collecting and preparing appropriate information, supporting data, and documents for upper management and committees
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Master or higher degree in science, technology, or engineering with several years of industry experience
  • Deep understanding cell materials and cells and cell manufacturing processes
  • Experience in the usage of technical requirement documents (e.g. DOORS,...)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Outstanding team spirit, strong organizational skills and good communication and problem solving skills 
  • Willingness to travel international (on Business Trips)
