The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Defining, editing & controlling projects in the field of SolidState Battery technology
  • Collaborating with external partners from industry, univerisities or research institutes
  • Managing of projects to ensure the individual objectives in the course of the project 
  • Ensuring the achievement of the project goals (quality, time, costs, product maturity, etc.) 
  • Ensuring the timely identification of project risks and if necessary escalation for solution creation
  • Creating and presentation of project status in relevant committees and circles
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry or comparable qualification
  • Expertise and experience in the field of product development, Production processes or industrialization of battery cells (ideally ASSB) is helpfull
  • Expertise in project management 
  • Moderation and assertiveness, flexibility as well as high social and communicative competence
  • Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
  • Skills in communication and collaboration with business partners
  • Fluent in English
