Your role and key responsibilities
|
- Developing, introducing, controlling, implementing and monitoring the appropriate implementation of company-wide processes for the risk management system
- Further developing the methodology and processes for the risk management system as well as coordinating, representing and implementing the results
- Developing, coordinating and representing concepts for solving various risks (e.g. process, product or supplier related)
- Assessing and presentation of the identified risks, including their quantification and evaluation
- Communicating the identified risks to the respective risk owners and initiating risk management measures where required
- Creating, preparing and presenting risk status reports

What you bring to the team
|
- Master’s degree in a business-related field or a vocational qualification combined with advanced professional training (e.g., certified leasing or banking specialist)
- Extensive professional experience in a financial institution (bank or financial services provider), with roles in corporate lending, project finance, or structured products
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial services institutions
- Strong expertise in corporate credit analysis, leasing law and accounting, receivables purchase law, and basic accounting principles related to leasing contracts and receivables purchases
- Proven experience in project management and familiarity with relevant methodologies
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in an international context
