Your role and key responsibilities
  • Act as 2nd Director of PowerCo Indonesia, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements
  • Manage General Affairs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with corporate standards
  • Lead PMO (Project Management Office) functions, driving governance, timelines, and resource allocation for critical projects
  • Coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated effectively
  • Oversee HR topics and develop a strong local team
  • Represent PowerCo in local committees and industry associations, building strong networks and partnerships
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives in Indonesia
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • 8+ years of proven leadership experience and managing teams of 10+ employees
  • Strong background in mining industry
  • Strong track record in project management, complemented by hands-on experience in HR and general affairs
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and intercultural competence
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory and business environment
