Your role and key responsibilities

 We invite individuals with expertise in the following areas to join our community:
•    Security Operations Centre (SOC) Leadership: Managing 24/7 emergency dispatch, life-safety systems, and incident response.
•    Physical Security Infrastructure: Expertise in access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and technical system design.
•    Crisis Management & Investigations: Leading sensitive investigations, risk assessments, and collaborating with emergency response agencies (Police, Fire, EMS).
•    Policy & Project Oversight: Developing standard operating procedures, managing vendors, and ensuring corporate security compliance.

  
 
What you bring to the team

PowerCo is launching the Volkswagen Group’s largest battery cell factory in St. Thomas. We are building a world-class team and need security-focused leaders who can manage critical infrastructure, protect our people, and lead during complex, high-pressure situations.
