By joining our Talent Community, you will be among the first to be considered as new roles in site security, emergency dispatch, and executive protection become available during our ramp-up phase. Please note that these upcoming roles will be on-site at our St. Thomas, Ontario facility.

 We invite individuals with expertise in the following areas to join our community:
•    Security Operations Centre (SOC) Leadership: Managing 24/7 emergency dispatch, life-safety systems, and incident response.
•    Physical Security Infrastructure: Expertise in access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and technical system design.
•    Crisis Management & Investigations: Leading sensitive investigations, risk assessments, and collaborating with emergency response agencies (Police, Fire, EMS).
•    Policy & Project Oversight: Developing standard operating procedures, managing vendors, and ensuring corporate security compliance.

PowerCo is launching the Volkswagen Group’s largest battery cell factory in St. Thomas. We are building a world-class team and need security-focused leaders who can manage critical infrastructure, protect our people, and lead during complex, high-pressure situations.
