Your role and key responsibilities

What We Look For: We invite individuals with expertise in the following areas to join our community:

  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Experience implementing ISMS frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and managing risk registers.

  • OT / Industrial Security: A background in protecting manufacturing environments, including MES, production networks, and industrial IoT.

  • Security Operations & Incident Management: Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, incident investigation, and working alongside SOC/CSIRT teams.

  • Security Architecture & Strategy: Ability to translate corporate security standards into practical, business-friendly solutions for IT and engineering stakeholders.

  • Third-Party & Project Enablement: Experience assessing vendor security and integrating security requirements into complex, cross-functional projects.

PowerCo is launching the Volkswagen Group’s largest battery cell factory in St. Thomas. We are building a world-class IT and OT infrastructure from the ground up, and we need security-focused leaders who can bridge the gap between technical security controls and reliable, continuous manufacturing operations.
