Your role and key responsibilities
|
The Sr. Execution Coordinator - Assembly is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects the project. This role ensures that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage timelines, track deliverables, and resolve issues focusing in the Cell Assembly area.
This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON.

What you bring to the team
|
- Drive and oversee project execution to ensure milestone attainment, budget discipline, and adherence to technical scope, enabling seamless transition from planning into production.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project plans, schedules, and documentation to strengthen transparency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
- Convene, ramp up, and support taskforce to address critical priorities, accelerate execution, and enable rapid response to emerging challenges.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, mitigate risks, and secure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve execution risks and bottlenecks — including vendor, resource, or process challenges — to protect continuity and operational performance.

What makes you stand out
|
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., S Project, Oracle platform "Primavera") and ERP systems. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; interface efficiently with planning quality, maintenance, logistics, production to coordinate execution activities. • High awareness of operational safety • Comfortable working on the shop floor, directing technicians/operators, and making real-time execution calls. • Ability to identify execution bottlenecks, and implement countermeasures in real time. |
