About the Role
|
|
This senior expert role is pivotal in advancing PowerCo’s data-driven and cloud transformation. You will architect and lead Azure-based data and compute platforms that support predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate across PowerCo Canada global teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that align with our enterprise-wide digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

What you bring to the Team
|
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Azure cloud, Databricks and data platform engineering. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark. • Experience with Power Platform tools and enterprise-scale data architecture. • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Git), and infrastructure-as-code • Deep understanding of data modeling and data warehousing • Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps • Experience working with infrastructure automation using Terraform • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift). • Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $98,160 - $147,250, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our compensation is determined based on a combination of factors including but not limited too relevant years of experience, education, and alignment with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined in the job description.
