About the Role
|
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Process Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in structural thinking, strategic analysis, and have strong communication skills. Interdisciplinary collaboration will be essential, as the role requires working closely with diverse teams across various departments within PowerCo Canada and our headquarter in Germany. This role requires a blend of structural thinking, the ability to analyze complex processes, expertise in process management and lean management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are imperative to drive successful outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of our company ramp-up and make a significant impact within our organization. Interdisciplinary thinking will be important as the position will be working closely with diverse teams across various specialist disciplines.
This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the St. Thomas office. This is subject to change based on the needs of the project and will eventually be fully onsite. |

What you bring to the Team

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. |
