About the Role
|
|
As a role of Senior Analyst, Test Management, you will be at the forefront of Volkswagen Group’s global battery transformation, supporting the launch of its largest cell factory in St. Thomas and the transition of advanced battery cells from development to mass production. Reporting to the Head of R&D within the Technology Department, this role ensures that all cell testing meets the highest standards of technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and corporate quality.

Key Responsibilities

What you bring to the Team
|
• Experience in cell validation in automotive manufacturer or automotive battery cell manufacturer. Experience on projects went through SOP/mass production phase. • Deep technical expertise in validation processes, including test execution oversight, data analysis, and root cause investigation across electrical, environmental, safety, and durability domains. • Strong ability to define and manage test strategies, optimize internal and external laboratory resources, and collaborate effectively with R&D, quality, and international teams. • Demonstrated experience in test method development and optimization, as well as test bench qualification, with thorough knowledge of equipment capabilities, limitations, and lab management practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. • Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities. • Able to maintain flexible work hours to account for time zone differences with Europe, and the ability to work overtime on occasion to meet ramp-up deadlines. |
