Our company is at a pivotal stage of digital transformation, implementing SAP S/4HANA in the Investment and Asset Management sectors. We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead, Investments and Assets,  with solid expertise in asset management and SAP implementation to drive the implementation and integration of SAP S/4HANA within investment and asset management.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate

•    Collaborate with the SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to implement strategic plans for the asset and investment management components of the system, ensuring alignment with the broader project goals.
•    Serve as a subject-matter expert for asset and investment management processes, supporting the redesign and optimization of workflows to leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
•    Execute the configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA modules for asset and investment management under the direction of the Project Manager.
•    Lead the migration of legacy systems and data to SAP S/4HANA for asset and investment management, implementing rigorous data governance practices to uphold accuracy, integrity, and security.
•    Establish comprehensive quality assurance frameworks for asset and investment management, including developing and executing robust test plans to ensure seamless deployment.
•    Support enterprise-wide training initiatives by developing materials and equipping senior leadership and operational teams with knowledge specific to asset and investment management functionalities.
•    Provide data-driven insights on asset performance, investment activities, and system health through advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights to the Project Manager and executive leadership.
•    Support change management efforts by promoting the adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions within the asset and investment management domain, aligning with the overarching change management strategy led by the Project Manager.
•    Identify and mitigate risks related to asset and investment management processes, collaborating with the Project Manager to establish safeguards that ensure system resilience.
•    Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements, industry innovations, and asset management best practices, providing recommendations to enhance system functionalities.
•    Represent the organization in SAP forums, conferences, and industry engagements to share expertise and showcase innovation in asset and investment management transformation.
•    Develop and implement innovative tools and methodologies within S/4HANA to enhance asset utilization, streamline investment processes, and deliver measurable ROI.
•    Act as a principal advisor for asset and investment management, providing tailored strategies and advanced solutions in collaboration with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
•    Drive enterprise-level collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to design standardized, scalable, and future-ready SAP processes across departments

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Years of Relevant Experience Required: At least 7 years of experience in investment and asset management, ideally with practical experience in managing and controlling assets and complex investment projects.

•    Experience in planning and controlling investments, budgeting, and managing capitalization, depreciation, maintenance, and asset accounting.
•    Process optimization knowledge: Experience in analyzing and optimizing asset management processes.
•    Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on investment and asset management.
•    Proven track record in strategic process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project management.
•    Expertise in advanced SAP configurations, data migration, and cross-functional system integration.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.
•    In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, data governance, and risk mitigation strategies within an SAP environment
•    Expertise in implementing methods to optimize asset lifecycle management and increase cost efficiency.
•    SAP S/4HANA experience in Investment and Asset Management: In-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules, particularly Asset Management (AM) and Project System (PS) modules, as well as adjacent modules like FI, CO, MM, and SRM.
•    Knowledge of SAP Asset Accounting for managing depreciation and asset accounting and the project management module for investment project control.
•    SAP configuration and customization in asset management: Ability to configure asset management functions within SAP S/4HANA according to the company’s specific requirements.
•    Customizing asset accounting and reporting functions to reflect specific company requirements in asset management.
•    Data analysis and reporting in SAP: Experience in creating and adapting reports and metrics in SAP and external BI/BA solutions (LowCode/NoCode) to foster and develop modern applications for capitalization within the company.
•    Ability to create and analyze reports on ROI, asset inventory, and maintenance costs.
•    Ensuring a fully integrative approach: Ensuring that existing (standard) and defined (local requirements) business processes across the value chain are maintained beyond procurement boundaries (end-to-end approach).
•    An information request in Asset Accounting (AA) may require expanding information in IPS data of PSP projects (source) and impact the procurement process (MM). You actively coordinate with procurement and finance counterparts to ensure an efficient and accurate workflow. 
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance and controlling teams, and to communicate requirements clearly.
•    Proficient in analyzing challenges and developing efficient solutions in asset management.
•    Ability to integrate existing aspects of digitalization into project requirements and thereby promote the transformation process of employees and functions.
