How you will CELLebrate
|
- Ensure alignment of maintenance schedules with central strategies and company goals.
- Input maintenance schedules into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Implement the pre-launch maintenance schedule as the central maintenance team provides, ensuring alignment with site-specific requirements.
- Work with local vendors and service providers to procure the team's necessary equipment, tools, and resources.
- Facilitate the setup of systems, ensure all assets are accurately entered into the system before production launch, and confirm they are fully operational.
- Facilitate the "Site Maturity Assurance Plan" to guide the factory through the transition from ramp-up to full production.
- Adjust maintenance schedules based on initial equipment performance, production demands, and evolving requirements during the ramp-up phase.
- Ensure the availability of resources (tools, parts, personnel) to meet maintenance requirements
- Provide regular feedback to the central maintenance team on the site's needs and performance, ensuring that plans and strategies are adjusted as necessary.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Continuously review, update, and optimize maintenance schedules based on production cycles, equipment reliability, and factory performance data.
- Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and check whether the local maintenance team uses it effectively.
- Optimization of maintenance schedules based on equipment data
- Collaborate with production teams and others to minimize downtime
- Keep records of production and maintenance patterns
- Participate in global and local Lessons Learned Network
- Evaluate the performance of key assets to optimize their lifecycle management and improve efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor critical assets for early signs of failure and suggest proactive actions to avoid extended downtime and production delays.

What you need for our CELLebration
|

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field

Years of Relevant Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling

What else can you bring
|
- BSc degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Desirable training (asset): Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, ISO 5500/55001, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Green Belt and Kaizen and Six sigma principles.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation in an industrial setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor equipment performance, track key metrics, and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Ability to adapt maintenance strategies based on evolving production needs, equipment performance, and factory growth.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, focusing on optimizing equipment uptime and reducing operational costs.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Experience in maintenance scheduling preferably in Cleantech, Pharma, Chemical industry
- Proficiency in CMMS and Scheduling tools
- Experience in pre-launch and ramp-up settings
- Commitment to ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols, reducing the risk of equipment failure and accidents.
