The Immigration and Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating immigration and visa requirements for the organization’s global assignees, international hires, and internal employees. This position ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations while supporting travel visa requirements for business travelers, including external consultants and third-party suppliers traveling to Ontario, Canada. The role involves collaboration with HR, legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth, compliant global mobility operations. This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the St. Thomas office.
