Your role and key responsibilities
|
|
PowerCo Canada Inc. is establishing Volkswagen Group’s largest battery cell manufacturing facility in St. Thomas, Ontario, and we are seeking a driven Co‑op student to join our team as an Equipment Planner Analyst. In this developmental role, you will support the planning and implementation of equipment across key battery cell production stages—including electrode processing, cell assembly, formation and aging, and cell finishing. This position provides hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship from experienced planners. It is an excellent opportunity for students looking to apply analytical, technical, and organizational skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment shaping the future of sustainable mobility.
This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON. This is an 8 montn co-op role for a Canadian Co-op program. |

• Attractive Remuneration: The expected hourly wage for this position is $27/ hour. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our compensation is determined based on a combination of factors including but not limited too relevant years of experience, education, and alignment with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined in the job description.
