Your role and key responsibilities

We are looking for a Construction Static Architecture. This role supports the execution of construction activities related to static architecture and building infrastructure projects. The role focuses on coordinating site activities, reviewing technical documentation, supporting inspections, and ensuring construction work aligns with approved designs, safety requirements, and schedules. This position works closely with internal teams and external contractors to support the successful delivery of construction projects.

  
 
What you bring to the team

 

  • Support day-to-day construction activities related to building infrastructure and static architecture.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to verify alignment with approved designs and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal engineering teams to support site execution, resolve routine technical issues, and track progress.
  • Participate in site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Assist with tracking construction progress, documenting site activities, and preparing status reports.
  • Support issue identification and escalation related to constructability, scheduling, or quality concerns.
  • Assist with material coordination, equipment readiness, and site logistics as required.
  
 
What makes you stand out
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering / Management, Structural Engineering or related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects.

Core Skills & Expertise

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Basic understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and methods
• Familiarity with civil works such as earthworks, foundations, and buried utilities
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to document site activities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment
• Proficiency with standard office tools; exposure to CAD/BIM tools is an asset

• This position is Full-time on-site & Ability to maintain flexible work hours to account for time zone differences with Europe, when necessary

• Occasional overtime may be required to support site activities & Ability to work on-site during project phases.

Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $78,260 - $117,380 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.
