Your role and key responsibilities
|
|
As the BSI Design Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for all design activities within Battery Specific Infrastructure (BSI). You will own the implementation of business and product requirements, steer engineering contractors, and ensure seamless integration of stakeholder needs. This role demands high-level decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and governance of design standards, BIM, and document control processes to deliver optimized, compliant, and future-ready infrastructure.

Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $136,640- $186,640 CAD , which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our compensation is determined based on a combination of factors including but not limited too relevant years of experience, education, and alignment with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined in the job description.
