We are looking for a reliable member of the BSI  team (Battery Specific Infrastructure) for the role of BSI Construction Specialist
Reporting to the Head of BSI you will act as the primary interface with suppliers and steering of the onsite construction.

Schedule Coordination and Management:

• Efficiently manage schedules by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
• Optimize workflow to ensure timely project completion.
• Use tools like Gantt charts or project management software for visualizing schedules.

Quality Assurance and Compliance Oversight:

• Vigilantly monitor quality standards throughout the process.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with regulations and internal standards.
•  Implement corrective actions promptly to address any deviations.

Supplier Coordination and Relationship Management:

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers.
• Regularly communicate to align expectations and address any issues.
• Collaborate on cost-effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Management
• Experience in one or multiple system: HVAC, MEP, Automation, Fire protection, Media supply
• Experience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean & Dry room project management is preferred
