About the Role

In the role of Associate Controller, Production you will be instrumental in overseeing the financial management of various production departments. With more than 3 years of experience, your expertise will be vital in ensuring that department financial operations align with our overall business objectives. 

 

This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.

  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Control and track costs per department and activity, ensuring efficient resource use.
  • Support controlling coordinator with input from your assigned areas.
  • Conduct independently financial analyses to guide departmental strategy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess financial performance.
  • Create a forecast and Budget with your areas.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Work closely and with department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Develop and present detailed monthly reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, etc.
  
 
What you bring to the Team
  • College Diploma or equivalent in business informatics, business administration, finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions.
  • Strong, target group-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Understanding of the big picture of end-to-end processes and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages.
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Hana.

•    Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $62,950 - $94,420 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.
