The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

• Participating on the establishment of the Battery Academy Valencia in terms of project-management, milestone tracking and further topics
• Organizing and planning of technical qualification programs for the battery cell factory, including digital and other innovative learning concepts, in close coordination with the factory departments and the Headquarter in Salzgitter (Germany)
• Carrying out technical trainings, facilitating workshops and learning support, taking into account current technical, methodological and didactic standards as state-of-the art approach
• Designing of training documents, presentations, and digital teaching/learning media
• Cooperation with external training providers and cooperation partners

• Completed university or technical college studies with a technical background or a comparable qualification
• Wide experience in project management as well as practical experience as a technical trainer for a target group operators and technicians
• Work experience in a battery cell factory is of course an asset 
• Fluency in English and Spanish

• High level of self-initiative
• Willingness to familiarize with new topics and technologies
• High organizational skills as well as MS-Office package expert-level
• High customer and process orientation
