As IT Production Application Specialist at PowerCo, you will be focused on IT support for production applications in the department of Quality and related areas.  Your technical expertise will contribute to the efficient implementation and usage of Quality related applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation and set-up of IT applications for quality control processes, such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAQ , LIMS, etc.  making sure systems meet PowerCo Spain requirements and integration with other applications and shopfloor machines/devices is fully achieved.

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of systems, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing processes. Close collaborating within IT department (local and HQ) and with related areas is expected.

• Help during the IT applications roll-out, support during implementation and upgrades of assigned applications proactively integrating and proposing latest technologies and solutions.

• Support a proactive quality culture with best practices, preparing and improving documentation, reporting, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT production applications or related roles (internships or academic projects also considered), focusing on development, rollout of systems and supplier quality assurance.

• Experience with Quality tools (FMEA, Problem Solving, Defect Catalog) and Quality shopfloor devices and testbenches

• Knowledge of quality standards and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

• Technical knowledge of shopfloor, MES, SCADA, and other related technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to integrating new technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• English is a must, German desirable.

1 or 2 years of experience in IT production applications or related roles (internships or academic projects also considered)

Bachelor’s degree or FP in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience or internship may be considered in lieu of a degree.
