We are seeking an IT Shopfloor & Maintenance Expert to oversee and manage the technology and applications supporting our shopfloor operations and maintenance activities. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of production devices, maintenance systems, and related applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support in the creation of standard IT shopfloor processes & systems for the production facilities of PowerCo ES in conjunction with PowerCo SE IT team, ensuring that company guidelines, industry standards and legal requirements are reached.
• Responsible for rollout and set up of IT systems for shopfloor & maintenance areas and provision of technical support during lifecycle, including hardware, software and network components. 
• Work closely with production, Logistics and Quality teams to integrate area requirements and provide needed training and support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures as well as providing training to manufacturing personnel on IT systems. 
• Manage and support maintenance applications, particularly SAP modules used by maintenance (e.g., SAP Maintenance Modules: EAM (Enterprise Asset management), SAM (Service Asset Manager) and FSM (Field Service Management)). 
• Identify opportunities for improving shopfloor and maintenance processes through technology enhancements participating in system upgrades and implementations in coordination with PowerCo SE IT team
• coordination of 3rd party teams.

  
 
Qué mas puedes ofrecer
  • Knowledge of Production network, shopfloor security, hardware configuration, troubleshooting and Shopfloor IT Hardware management solutions (e.g. SOTI, Zebra, Octoplant, Acronis)
  • Experience Related production or shopfloor systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA and SAP maintenance modules (e.g. SAM (Service Asset Manager)).
  • Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and IIoT/OT/IT ecosystems and integrating industrial communication protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet and MQTT.
  • Familiar with Industrial devices like PLC, HMI, barcode scanner and so on.
  • Basic concepts of industrial cybersecurity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Spanish
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, extensive professional experience in IT shopfloor and maintenance operations may be considered.
