The journey has begun. We are proud to launch the ramp up of our unique cell manufacturing plant in Valencia. As we do this, the roles and responsibilities within our Human Resources department are diverse and crucial. HR ensures the flawless planning and execution of processes encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. This allows our company to strategically harness the competencies of our employees in fulfilling our mission and vision. HR encompasses sub-disciplines such as planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention, and targeted allocation of personnel across all departments. By facilitating learning and professional development, with your support as HR Training Admin, our team will be fully equipped to excel in their roles, thereby driving our company's success in the innovative field of battery cell production.

This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Learning & Development team. 

 

Training/Event Management:
• Act as point of contact for learners and the organization on the topics of training in Spain and abroad 
• Assist in the planning and execution of workshops (e.g., leadership workshops) and learning/training events (e.g., onboarding days), handling all logistical details efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to subsidies processes for training (e.g., FUNDAE), ensuring compliance.
• Perform regular checks to ensure training data accuracy and completeness.

 

Team and Project Support:
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration tools across sites.
• Assist in the development and structuring of team projects and follow up on action items.
• Assist with translations management and coordination for training offers coming from the HQ
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires within the team, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition and are well-integrated into the team.

 

 

Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
