The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

Como Cell-ebrarás
- Responsible for the overall planning of responsible process(linkage with suppliers, upper and lower process, daily task follow-up, etc);
- Responsibility for the development of process verification plans for responsible process;
- Responsibility for risk assessment of responsible processes;
- Responsibility for formulating and implementing the work plan of the responsible process and reporting the implementation status regularly;
- Master the process and operation mechanism of the responsible process;
- Responsibility for the problem handling of responsible processes ( record, analysis, verification, improvement, promotion, etc)
- Participate in responsible process measurement system analysis(MSA)
- Comprehensive analysis ability (FA analysis,5why ,8D,etc) from responsible process for abnormal phenomena from the process, operation mechanism and other aspects;
- Possessing engineer thinking and mastering engineer tools such as Minitab(single process DOE experiment design and analysis, process capability analysis, control methods,etc)
- Write single process documents, experiment reports and summaries, etc . (PFMEA/CP/SPC/Flow chart /SOP /specification plate, etc)
Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar
- 1-3 years’ experience in the battery cell production (minimum 1 years in the Formation area in the mass production line, OR 2 years in prototype line onsite working for Formation DOE experience)
- Good team player and good communication skill
- Good problem solving skill/results-oriented
- Good reporting skill
