Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
Como Cell-ebrarás
In this role, your expertise will be essential for conducting chemical and physical analyses and developing and refining testing methods. You will be instrumental in the planning, construction, ramp-up, and execution of test equipment. Analyzing and summarizing test results to support the Head of Laboratory in decision-making processes will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of related activities.
- Quality Control Testing: o Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. o Develop and validate testing methods and procedures.
- Data Analysis: o Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports on product quality. o Utilize statistical tools to evaluate product consistency and performance.
- Troubleshooting: o Identify and investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: o Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and laboratory efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: o Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing results.
- Assist in procuring laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on testing procedures and quality standards.
Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar
- Master’s degree or higher in analytical chemistry, material chemistry or comparable studies.
- Knowledge of electrochemistry and comprehensive understanding of automotive batteries.
- Knowledge of analytical instruments, principle, and application (IR, GC-MS, ICP-OES, XRF…)
- Good laboratory understanding, good communication and presentation skills.
- At least 2-years’ experience in analysis laboratory.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Availability to work in shifts
