Battery Specific Infrastructure Construction Expert (all genders)

Primary Interface with Suppliers and Onsite Construction Steering:
• Serve as the key point of contact and interface between suppliers and the BSI construction team, 
  facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
• Coordinate onsite construction activities, providing guidance and direction to ensure adherence to 
  project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.

Schedule Coordination and Management:
• Develop and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, 
  ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress against established schedules, identifying any delays or deviations and 
  implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks and maintain project target
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on schedule status, highlighting any potential 
  impacts on project timelines and proposing solutions to address challenges.

Quality Assurance and Compliance Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the construction process, 
  conducting regular inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to design requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement quality control measures, addressing 
  any non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are promptly implemented.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, proactively identifying 
  and addressing any issues to ensure project compliance and minimize risk exposure.

Supplier Coordination and Relationship Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and services required for construction activities, 
  ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration to 
  address any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable 
  and align with project objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both: Spanish and English
• At least 5 years experience in a Construction background
• Experience in one or multiple systems: HVAC, MEP, Automation, Fire protection
• Advanced competency of  Design & 3D Software (AutoCad, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion...etc)
• High degree of adaptability and multi-task different projects. 
• High degree of personal initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office system (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Bachelor's  degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial)

• High level of self-initiative
• Willingness to work not only within your team but with cross departamental functions
• High organizational skills
• Availability to travel abroad as part of your onboarding and training plan. This might include stays in Germany of 6 months.
