Primary Interface with Suppliers and Onsite Construction Steering:
• Serve as the key point of contact and interface between suppliers and the BSI construction team,
facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
• Coordinate onsite construction activities, providing guidance and direction to ensure adherence to
project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.
Schedule Coordination and Management:
• Develop and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams,
ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress against established schedules, identifying any delays or deviations and
implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks and maintain project target
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on schedule status, highlighting any potential
impacts on project timelines and proposing solutions to address challenges.
Quality Assurance and Compliance Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the construction process,
conducting regular inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to design requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement quality control measures, addressing
any non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are promptly implemented.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, proactively identifying
and addressing any issues to ensure project compliance and minimize risk exposure.
Supplier Coordination and Relationship Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and services required for construction activities,
