The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and sustainable logistics practices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and steering our supply chain towards peak performance. As a Logistics Value Chain Expert, you will be at the forefront of the installation and implementation of our manufacturing facilities, representing logistics on the Value Stream Management structure during the critical ramp-up phase. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that logistics requirements are fully integrated into the factory layout, installation plans, and operational readiness. This role demands a proactive approach with daily coordination across departments to identify and resolve layout clashes, flow disruptions, and installation conflicts. You will serve as the key logistics interface between planning and execution, ensuring that the value chain is physically and functionally aligned from day one.

- Master the Value Stream logistic process: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all material flow processes, equipment interfaces, and logistical dependencies within the assigned value stream.
- Layout & Flow Validation: Continuously review and validate factory layouts, flows and equipment positioning to identify and mitigate potential collisions, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies. Development of efficient material flows, both across the factory premises and within facilities together with PowerCo headquarter planning. Integration of cleanliness and quality requirements into the design of material flows.
- Installation Support: Collaborate closely with installation teams to ensure logistics infrastructure (e.g., racking, AGV paths, staging areas) is implemented according to plan and adapted as needed during physical build-out.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve clashes between logistics systems and other factory installations (e.g., utilities, machinery, safety zones), escalating critical issues and driving corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the logistics single point of contact for activities coordination between PowerCo headquarter planning, Industrial engineering and execution teams, ensuring that logistics requirements are clearly communicated and integrated into all phases of the factory setup. Representation of local inhouse logistics across various committees for the local Standard Factory project.
- Documentation & Change Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation of layout changes, flow adjustments, and installation progress. Support change management processes to ensure traceability and alignment with master plans.
