Deine Rolle und Aufgaben
|
This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.
As our Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality & Compliance Expert, you’ll help ensure that quality is built into every stage of the project—from supplier selection and construction to commissioning and production readiness. You’ll connect suppliers, project teams and Operations to strengthen processes, resolve issues and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949, planning and conducting quality audits, inspections and process assessments.
- Coordinate supplier qualification and process verification, conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, and ensure effective incoming-material inspection procedures.
- Review material certificates, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformity and test reports, ensuring compliance and maintaining robust batch traceability and process controls.
- Verify the installation quality of facilities and machinery, manage punch lists and defect registers, and support acceptance, qualification, commissioning and handover activities.
- Coordinate complaint management and CAPA processes, monitor environmental, health, safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement across suppliers and project teams.

Dein Profil
|
- University degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, together with at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, supplier quality or process compliance within the automotive or industrial sector.
- Proven knowledge of VDA 6.3, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, together with strong abilities in audit management, supplier development, CAPA, traceability, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some positions are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
