Deine Rolle und Aufgaben

As a part of the operations department, you will take care of all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.

  • Lead and manage daily operations in the different rotation shifts (including weekend and holidays) and the production team meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Act as the technical and disciplinary leader for the operators, ensuring adherence to company rules, workplace safety and compliance with relevant health regulations and audits.
  • Collaborate with quality and process engineering teams to solve complex production issues, monitor processes closely, resolve any problems and promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain 5S standards in production and adjacent areas to ensure a clean, organized and efficient workspace, while facilitating effective communication across departments.
  
 
Dein Profil
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams from 10 to 35 people.
  • Vocational Training (FP superior), Technician Engineer, or a comparable qualification.

  • Communication skills in English will be considered.
  • +5 years’ experience in automotive industry or similar.
