Your role and key responsibilities
|
This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support engineering activities by creating, updating, and managing accurate maintenance documentation and processes.
- Monitor and control maintenance processes, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, innovation, and implementation of best practices (e.g., predictive maintenance).
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards while promoting a strong safety and continuous improvement culture in the team.

What you bring to the team
|
- University degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related fields).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical roles within an industrial environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Willingness to work in Sagunto.

What makes you stand out
|
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally, including trips to China.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar maintenance and engineering management systems.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM) and industry standards.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations in Spain.
- Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
