With whom you will CELLebrate

The department is responsible for developing and implementing PowerCo's sustainability strategy. Collaboration takes place with all areas to ensure that the company acts in an environmentally, socially and economically responsible manner.

Activities are then communicated at all levels of the company to effectively implement PowerCo's sustainability plan.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Development and implementation of a sustainability data management system
  • Tracking ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) metrics and collaborating with the specialist teams to develop strategies for effectively achieving our goals
  • Development and executing strategies for measuring PowerCo's ESG impacts in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
  • Support of the activities of internal committees and working groups
  • Close collaboration with the ESG expert team to ensure the implementation of the ESG strategy into internal initiatives
  • Handling various requests from PowerCo's business units for strategy consulting, data provision, and the need for cross-functional coordination
  • Establishing and expanding reporting processes, as well as monitoring and controlling sustainability KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Developement of necessary data foundation for calculating sustainability metrics
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Master’s Degree in related business field (e.g. industrial engineering, environmental management, business management) or equivalent combination of professional education and longtime experience in related disciplines
  • Understanding of sustainability in the context of global business deliveries
  • Agile methods, project management and communication skills and the ability to act as a team player
  • High level of commitment, independence, flexibility and enthusiasm as well as teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent German and English language skills are essential
