The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Understanding of data processes within battery-cell development
- Identification of potential for improvement and standardization for those processes inside R&D
- Preparation of a long-term vision for digital transformation together with IT department
- Specification of requirements within the organization and across organizational boundaries
- Manage and champion use cases / user stories with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the IT-team to define the best workflows
- Write acceptance criteria and review test cases
- Monitoring and reporting of project status
- Improve on and maintain knowhow on relevant topics
- Define a relevant capability map based on standardized processes in R&D
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or similar education
- Detailed knowledge in data management and digitalization
- Experienced in requirements-elicitation, -documentation, -validating and management
- Experience as project manager especially working in agile environments e.g. SAFe (preferably including certification)
- Strong hands-on mentality and an efficient working style, in order to get up to speed quickly on complex tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Business fluent English language skills
