The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Programming, commission and maintain PLC and SCADA software applications for process control and monitoring in battery production
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC and SCADA software applications to ensure reliable and efficient operation
- Establish, manage and maintain communication between production machines (PLC, sensors and further periphery) to SCADA
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for PLC and SCADA software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and optimization opportunities
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, a related field or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in PLC and or SCADA programming in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HMI, PLC and SCADA software such as TIA Portal, Zenon, or WinCC
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Profinet, Modbus TCP, etc.
- Good Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Business fluent German and good English skills
What else can you bring
- Experience in battery production or a related industry
- Familiarity with PLC and SCADA system integration with MES or ERP systems
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
