The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Establishment of the QM(IM) System department
  • Responsibility for the development and maintenance of the company-wide integrated management system of PowerCo SE
  • Support of the modeling of processes in Signavio-Providing guidance and support to the departments in defining and establishing quality compliant processes
  • Preparation and assurance of company wide QM training and education concepts 
  • Safeguarding of training and education
  • Application of onboarding concepts for new employees
  • Ensuring the certification capability of the company according to IATF 16949 and the applicable environmental guidelines
  • Derivation and implementation of IM strategy at Corporate Quality
  • Execution of internal audits
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in the development and application of QM systems and their establishment in the company 
  • Solid knowledge of the normative basics of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as auditor)
  • Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell 
  • Leadership experience
  • Above average ability to work in a team
  • Business fluent in English
  • Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
  • Willingness to travel
