The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

This position is to manage PowerCo’s battery cell product planning team in conjunction with in-house development and industrialization projects of Unified cell. This position will lead PowerCo’s product planning tasks and its responsibility includes product cycle plan, new product and project introduction assessment, and competitive benchmarking and market research, and preparation of documents for upper managements and committee meetings. In order to fulfill the responsibilities, this position will closely communicate with customers and PowerCo’s various organizations including production, finance, strategy, procurement, and technology development teams. This position will also closely monitor market and technology trends and provide them to the company. 

 

 

  • Defining and developing product cycle plan
  • Communicating with customers and internal organizations for coordinating and consolidating customer demand, production volume, location, and timeline aligned with Company’s business strategy
  • Assessing feasibility of new product and projects from all aspects of Company’s business strategy including technical content, production plan, and product cost
  • Conducting benchmarking and market research and steer implementation of coordinated strategic and operational approaches in technology and business
  • Preparing and presenting documents and reports to upper management and committees for timely decision making
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or business
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive and supplier processes 
  • Hands-on experience in production planning and cycle plan
  • Familiarity with battery technology and battery development and industrialization processes
  • Business fluent in English
  • Excellent management skill, Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel international (on Business Trips)
  • Entrepreneur thinking and assertiveness
