How you will CELLebrate
- Assume internal and external end-to-end responsibility as process owner for PowerCo Group’s non-equity strategic partnership projects and new business model initiatives
- Monitor market and technology development and act as first point of contact for any potential partnerships and new business opportunities for PowerCo Group
- Manage project organization for cross-functional cooperation projects involving all relevant stakeholders. Define project timeline, roles and responsibilities, budget and (negotiation) strategy
- Steer and supervise strategic partnerships of PowerCo Group as process owner, monitor project progresses, management decision processes and target achieving
- Negotiate partnership contracts on shareholder/top management levels, ensuring interest balance of PowerCo and cooperation partners
- Oversee decision-making documents for PowerCo's or Volkswagen Group's management and supervisory board
- Responsible for all aid projects of the PowerCo Group, considering the guidelines and processes of the PowerCo Group and the Volkswagen Group
- Oversee regional, federal, and international subsidy policies relevant to PowerCo, initiate and develop potential subsidy opportunities for PowerCo
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in master of business administration, economics and engineering or economic laws
- Several years experience in strategic project management in a top strategy consulting company or similar corporate position
- Extensive leadership capabilities, especially in leading international and multi-cultural teams
- Strong capability in structured, analytical, conceptual project work with enterpreneurship, excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international business environment
- Strong stress resilience and result-driven in a volatile and vague working environment
- Fluent in English and German, further language skills as a plus
