The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing.
How you will CELLebrate
- Continuous tracking of the production capacities in the international manufacturing network
- Preparation and steering of the global investment projects inside Operations (sites)
- Steering of the product relocations between the manufacturing plants
- Development of a Manufacturing footprint strategy for PowerCo network world wide
- Coordination of the international manufacturing network regarding productivity, including a productivity competition
- Development of a best practice / benchmarking data base and roll out to the sites worldwide
What you need for our CELLebration
- Advanced experience in capacity management in global manufacturing networks
- Advanced experience in capital budgeting in a manufacturing environment
- Solid experience in performance management for manufacturing networks
- Experience in building a global network of experts including regular best practice/knowledge exchange
- Relevant leadership experience Business fluent in English
