The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

• Disciplinary management of the functional groups team for the development of battery cell factories
• Ensuring component approvals for electrical and mechanical components for the global battery cell factories
• Developing maintenance concepts for the global battery cell factories
• Ensuring the success of the project in terms of costs, time and quality
• Steering of sub-project managers
• Assesment of offers with responsibility for technology and economy and deriving decision templates for the procurement 

• Successfully completed master's degree in engineering or similar education
• Several years of leadership experience ideally in automation technology
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, also for longer assignments abroad
• High cost awareness, negotiation skills, presentation skills and assertiveness
• Above-average teamwork and communication skills
• Business fluent English skills

• Intercultural competence and self-confidence in an international environment
• German language skills
• Knowledge in the field of battery cell production with a focus on manufacturing processes and plant engineering desirable
